V. V Hane Haney of the quartermaster corps at the post He sought the reductions for a year effective July 1 I. The letter to the commission was signed by George R. R Corey attorney for or the power company and pointed out that the complaints contained no allegations that existing rates are un tin- lawful unjust or unreasonable The communication also said the rates in effect at the fort are arc filed schedules approved by the public utilities com cam mission Hence Mr Corey said we think the he commission would be unjust to grant the reduction in the absence of or any showing that the rates are un un- just unlawful or unreasonable The commission will send another copy of the complaint to the power company it was Wa announced and ten days will wilt be given for filing an answer answer an an- i or effecting the reductions If It Ifan Itan Ifan an answer is filed a public hearing will be conducted before the commis commis- sion I |
