WOMAN SEVERELY INJURED IN CRASH GRASH Serious Seriously injured when struck by byan byan byan an automobile a mile and a half halt north of Nephi Monday night Mrs Ferness Fernes Tibbs 35 of Cedar City was reported in fairly good Rood condition at the L. L D D. S. S hospital Tuesday where she was taken shortly after midnight The accident occurred when the automobile in which Mrs Tibbs was riding with Mr and Mrs A A. A W. W Lund of Cedar Cit City developed a short circuit cir clr cult Mr Lund stopped in a borrow pit and Alvah Howell of Nephi driving drive driving ing by halted hIs h's machine to aid Mr Lurid Lund Mr Howell left his lights light on L L. C. C Cooper of ot Nephi who drove up a few tew minutes later was blinded by the lights of the Howell car and swerved to the right striking Mrs Tibbs who was s standing In the pit Mr Cooper told officers The w woman man suffered a punctured lung from a broken rib a fractured hand and possibly a broken back
