receiving very little help from the state except the use of ot convict labor on about two miles of this road during the season of 1917 the state highway commission I has seen fit without consulting with the Carbon county authorities for reasons reasons reasons rea rea- sons unknown to abandon said road expending mon on the Willow Creek road between Castle Gate and Colton making it necessary to travel a distance distance distance dis dis- dis- dis tance of nine miles mUes further over a roat road which is no part of the Midland trail trai and which road is of ot very little use to the greater portion of Carbon am and Emery counties now therefore be it WHOLESALERS FLAYED Resolved That we we the undersigned business men and citizens of Carbon and Emery counties having felt it to tobe
