C Coulam After Atter the meeting the Directors visited the Comp Company's nys ny's properties in the Oil Fields of Fossil Wyoming are pleased to report to y you that th the A same are In m splendid condition as is also the entire Oil Field of Fossil c M Wyoming The six 6 x 6 wells that recently were taken over by our Company all have a good showing of oil including the h heavy lubricating oil and the lighter high gravity oil Two 2 of the wells containing the lighter oil were flowing over the top and the gas pressure was extremely heavy so much so that at times Umes the oil spouted as high as ten 10 feet In the air Oil was everywhere present In this field Upon th the return of the Directors to Salt Lake City Utah they went Into Executive Session and held an election of Officers f for the fiscal year year of 1920 1919 With the ceas r result as ai follows P. C Coulam It was also l rc resolved that the Present shareholders of the Company should and they do have the privilege their holdings to any reasonable amount during the next 30 days from the date of said meeting prior to the Increased valuation n to be placed on the Treasury stock of the tho Company this privilege being accorded as o a reward f for r their loyalty to the Company during the period of ot stress and struggle to go over h fn th the top in achieving the success which has up to the present time crowned the efforts of ot the management of ot the line company After the passage of this resolution It was resolved that the valuation of ot the Treasury Treasury- Stock of the tho Company 1 n be placed at t th the price e ot of f 25 cents per share the Same to b bo be of f and In effect on and from the tho first day of rune June 1919 We will now outline t lne the Policy of or the Company under the new management so that the shareholders will rest assured that their r confidence In n us s as evidenced by our election to office will ill not be misplaced and that IW J K be energetic In the execution of ot the duties devolving upon us by virtue virte of our respective offices The Company will use me every effort to market oil at the earliest possible moment and this depends upon how soon Boon the e can secure tanks and other materials requisite for the tile development of ot the oil industry in this field It is istine tine Ih intention of the Company to drill four or five more wells to get olive green oil to classify as our high ki quality gravity oil so as to add same to our products and duly Increase our INCOME ACCOUNT to that extent We also Intend to drill a deep test well during this season to develop the lower sands that we know exist In the Fossil Field Our field of operations has been pronounced Absolutely absolutely proven and III all elements of chance and speculation eliminated by tho the personal report of the Geologist and Engineer of the Company Company Mr A A. G. G Burritt Geologist with his offices in Salt Lake City where he is te well Sid and favorably favorably town known and esteemed I p The new management of the the Company has alre already dy employed experienced associates and workmen and the shareholders may rest assured of activity and wisdom in the development and exploitation of their properties properties and possible early returns on their investments In the stock of our Company yes even before the expiration of the year 1919 As previously mentioned in our reports to you our Company has HOLDINGS In 3 different fields in Wyoming and It Is the Intention of the Board of Directors that all of our properties bo be df developed eloped to the very limit at least as far as circumstances and finances will permit good g od judgment bein being exercised The Company's object in development of wells in the shallow sand in this field is to place tho the Company on a paying basis as soon as possible and at al the least expenditure compatible with the best Interests of the shareholders as we have proven that the shallow sand can be developed resulting In large profits profits Our Company Is on a a. solid basis and In goof good financial condition and we know that every dollar Invested In the Stock of this Company will be used intelligently and honestly for the development of our holdings and Interests Yours Toura faithfully P P.
