Peter Neilson, who has recently been released from the county jail for stealing a watcb,was arrested and found guilty ou ihe charge of vagrancy. He was imprisoned at hard labor for thirty days. Joel Hollowell is in jail awaiting trial on the charge of robbery. John Patton languishes lnduranca vile for wandering up and down the streets without evidence of having employment or any certain place of abode. August Labort, Tom Cavanaugb, James Evans and Lewis Olsen were all arraigned for trespass and plead guilty to tho charge. They were each sentenced to ten days' at hard labor on the public streets.
