Miller were appointed a committee to Report Re-port on I. F. Gross' proposition to remove his building fur the opening of North Temple Street A. G. Matthews asked for a remission re-mission of taxes. Iteferred to the county collector. ' "A petition was received from Marion L. Beaeh asking for a reduction re-duction of assessment, iieferred to the county attorney. . Ou motion the bonds of the county coun-ty assessor were ordered to be fixcJ at $500,000. An application was made by Lucy Carter, asking that her husband, W. A. Carter, be granted aid from pauper pau-per fund. An order was made granting hlmSIO per mouth during the pleasure of the court. James A. Moyle, attorney, appealed appeal-ed on behalf of Tooele County, in reference to tax imposed on transient sheep owned iu Salt I-ake County aud summered in Tootle County. Xo definite action was taken. John Hunter made application for the cdniU'ion of his father, John D. Hunter, to the County infirmary, support to be furnished by himself. Granted. The lease entered into with William Wil-liam T.Jones for gravel beds was adopted and signed. A statement of the money received receiv-ed by the Clerk aud turned over to the Treasurer was received and accepted. ac-cepted. It was ordered that the county physician be instructed to diplay a flag at all places aOlicted with diphtheria diph-theria or other infectious dUeases within his Jurisdiction. The cleric was authorized to advertise ad-vertise for bids for furnishing books and stationery for the use of the couuty during 1691. ) A petition was presented by Wm.
