Show FRIENDS SHOWER BRIDE WITH WEDDING GIFTS In compliment to Mrs. Stanley J. Long,, who was Miss Delana Pollock before her recent marriage, mar-riage, a miscellaneous bridal shower was given Wednesday evening in the FO.E. hall by Mrs. Glen L. Long and Mrs. Albert Al-bert Pollock. Cards were the chosen entertainment. Prizes at five hundred were awarded MrS. Al Goff, Mrs. Elwood Johnson and Mrs. W. C. Carter. Monte Carlo whist awards went to Mrs. Boyd Reynolds, Mrs. James Booth, Mrs. Scott Ogden and Mrs. Glen Davies. Others present were Mrs. C. W. Adderley, Mrs. Clive Siddoway, Siddo-way, Mrs. L. L. Durnford, Mrs. K. Hornickcl, Mrs. George Jensen, Jen-sen, Mrs. S. P. Davies, Mrs. Gail Farnsworth, Mrs. Ivan Jensen, Mrs. R. Marshall, Mrs. J. A. Car-pentier, Car-pentier, Mrs. Alverta Heeps, Mrs. Elizabeth Reynolds, Mrs. Ira Hatch, Mrs. Lenore Andreason, Mrs. Edith Peterson, Mrs. John T. West, Mrs. W. W. Garrett, Mrs. Ernest Nichols, Mrs. Carl Nichols, Mrs. Elmo A. Nelson, Mrs. Joe E. Frisch, Mrs. Joe A, Frisch, Mrs. Etta Sullivan, Mrs. Ellis Boren and Mrs. William Humphreys of Draper. Assisting the hostesses were Geraldine Pollock, Maxine Reynolds, Rey-nolds, Maurine Moffitt and Dar-lene Dar-lene Moffitt. The table on which the gifts were displayed was centered cen-tered with a large wedding cake, iced in pink and blue, and topped with a miniature bride and groom. A tasty luncheon was served. Mr. -and Mrs. Long are now at home m the Federal apartments. jt |
