H Wolfe in Third district court Gordon Cordon and Kelly were char charged ed edwith with robbing the home of oC Mr bir and Mrs John R. R Johnston 22 South First West street of ot November 28 They were arrested after otter Mr Johnston reported he fired several shots after alter them The trial was marked by the reticence of Mr bir and Mrs Johnston to testify for the state and Allan G. G Thurman assistant district attorney In his arguments before the jury said he was convinced the robbery was purely a jacking high case in which the persons involved apparently apparently early had attempted to take the lawin law lawin lawin in their own hands I The jury which heard the case was composed of Ed J J. J Ellison G. G F. F Bushman R R. W. W Garff Garf Fred A A. Jack Shirley P. P Reed Samuel Dowse Robert Rob ert crt R R. R Higbee and Earl D D.
