The new bills are follow: To amend the law relating to the refining; refin-ing; and parting of bullion; to anieod tbe act authorizing tho receipt ot gold coin in exchange fur gold bar, and a bill authorizing tho rccolnlng of itbiidiary colna of the United Mates. The amendment is one to tbe Senate bill to reduce the amount of United Stetes bonds id be required of national nation-al banks, and to rotore to tbe channel chan-nel of trade the exceanlve accumulation accumula-tion of money in the Treasury. Tho amendment limit its compulsory requirements re-quirements or deposit of United Suics bonds to the amount of loOJO ot bonds for each and every national bank, provided that tbo voluntary withdrawal of bondft for the retirement retire-ment of national bank not shall not exceed JJ,W,000 in any month. Tbe act shall not apply to deposits of bonds to Retire deposits of public money upon United cttatee bonds deposited, de-posited, or wblch may bo deposited bearing Interest.
