H Jack 71 1 for 33 years superintendent of the he Inland Crystal Salt company and former superintendent of Saltair Saltair Saltair Salt- Salt air who died at his home in the Bodell Bodell Bo- Bo dell deli apartments North Main street treet Death resulted from Infirmities incident Incident in- in t to old age Bishop Howard Hale will officiate at t the services which will begin at 1230 p. p m. m The body can be viewed at t the Larkin funeral home from 10 a. a m. m until noon Wednesday Mr Jack was born In Salt Lake January 2 1860 the son of James anti and nd Jemina Jack Receiving his education education edu- edu cation atlon in Salt Lake schools he entered en- en ered on an active career in the L. L j. j D. D S. S church serving in the bishopric bishopric bish- bish of the Twelfth Thirteenth ward for 15 years ears and engaging in temple emple work after his retirement from rom business in 1926 His father had md been a n chief clerk in the church for or 53 years During construction of the Saltair Saltair Salt Salt- air resort and for two years afterward afterward afterward after after- ward Mr Jack was superintendent later ater becoming associated with the Inland Crystal Salt company In 1884 Mr Jack married Miss Ann Meek who died in 1913 They had haden ten en children seven of whom survive sur sur- vive In 1915 Mr Jack married Mrs Robina M. M Lovendahl who survives He is also survived by the following following follow- follow ing ng brothers and sisters Mrs Mima Mirna Weight of Pasadena Cal CaI and Mrs Jane anc and Joseph C.
