The arrest was made nu complaint ot his wife, ICtto Tye Wright of Colorado Springs. The complaint charges that on tbe Hth day of Ovtobcr, 1S90, Wright married Mary Anderson. The com-(laint com-(laint futlicr charges that at the time mentioned Wright had aw ife living aud undivorccd, and in marrying mar-rying Mary Anderson he U guilty of polygamy.
