Show At ten o'clock this morning the-examinatlon the-examinatlon of witnesses for the defense de-fense was resumed. H. 8. Krigbaum testified Have lived in this city over a year; am a real estate dealer; worked six weeks for the "Liberal" committee during the August campaign; filled out wme of tbe objections against the South Cottonwood voters; did m.t know but that they were legal voters; vot-ers; was told they were hot. and therefore objected to their right to vote; had no personal knowledge concerning the challenged parties; they might have been legal voters, but was informed they were not. The ballots of poll one, Bingham Precinct, were produced in evidence by the Ueleute, aud upon belug counted showed 30 votes for Ferguson Fergus-on and 09 for Allen. Thompson testified I was presiding Judge of tbe second poll in the fifth precluit ot ibis cityr gave the box into the hands of Mr. Godfcry at the office of the Utah Commission, where it remained until November 1st, when I was ordered to deliver It to the clerk of the Third Distrkt Court.
