Show JOURNALISM MEET SET FOR FRIDAY, FEB. 22 AT B. Y. U. Student journalists and their publication advisers from high schools and junior colleges in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Colorado Colo-rado will gather at Brigham Young university Friday, February Febru-ary 22, in the first postwar gathering gath-ering of the Intermountain Journalism Jour-nalism conference. Addresses on both the public implications and technical problems prob-lems of journalism will be given by professional experts including Mayor Earl J. Glade of Salt Lake City, manager of radio station KSL; Belle S. Spafford, former editor of the LDS Relief Society magazine; Harrison Conover, editor edi-tor of the Springville Herald; Forace Green, editor of the South Salt Lake Herald, and staff writers writ-ers of Salt Lake and Provo dailies. dail-ies. Specific problems of school newspapers and yearbooks will be tackled by the conference delegates dele-gates themselves in a series of symposium discussions on the afternoon of the conference.
