Show ELECTRIC USES TO RISE AFTER WAR The Detroit Edison Co. plans to spend $125,000,000 during the first ten postwar years to keep pace with expected demands for electricity elec-tricity in the area, according to James W. Parker, president and general manager. "The electric industry is still young, and granted a minimum of restrictions and interference is in a position to make an important contribution to the prosperity of the country in the years immediately immedi-ately after the war," Mr. Parker said. |
