Under selective service regula. tions, local boards must classify registrants according to their or der numbers, he pointed out, ana said that when the time comes for the classification of a registrant he, his employer, and his depenl dents will be given every opportunity oppor-tunity to substantiate deferment claims. Any information submitted before a registrant receives hi questionnaire from his local board he added, probably would become obsolete and valueless. Employers in doubt as to the likelihood of their employees being be-ing called for selective service training should consult state headquarters, head-quarters, where they will be given all possible information, Director Rich said. |
