There is substantial sentiment in the Committee for inclusion of such a provision, not only in the Renegotiation Statute, but also in the new revenue bill which the group will take up after disposing dispos-ing of renegotiation issue. Congressional interest in this problem was aroused recently by the statement of Chairmen Walter F. George of the Senate Finance Committee that the repeal of the Corporate Excess Profits Tax immediately im-mediately after the war is necessary neces-sary "to encourage new ventures and stimulate private enterprise." J Because of the recent restoration restora-tion of the grade-labeling of meat on the part of Director Fred Vinson, Vin-son, the OPA will set prices on grades established by the Office of Economic Stabilization.
