Show JIM ALLEMAN AWARDED SCHOLARSHIP Ag Student Gets Union Pacific A. C. Scholarship Jim Alleman, agriculture student stu-dent at the Springville high school, has been awarded the Union Pacific railroad scholarship of $100 to the Utah State Agricultural Agri-cultural college. The winner of the contest is adjudged the most outstanding agriculture student in Utah county coun-ty and all of the eight schools are eligible. LaMar Boyer was chosen as the alternate. mis is tne tnird year in succession suc-cession that the coveted honor has fallen to the Springville high school. Other winners were: Last year, Ruel Crandall; 193S, Keith Boyer; and six years ago, Louis Bleggi, which makes four out of seven years that the Springville high school has received the honor. hon-or.
