Show FORMER RESIDENT DIES OF HEART AILMENT IN CALIF. Funeral services were conducted conduct-ed Wednesday afternoon in the Second ward chapel for Mrs. The-da The-da S. Carnesecca Lewis, daughter of Mrs. Esther B. Harmer of this city, who died Thursday in a Ne-veda Ne-veda City, Calif., hospital of heart ailment. Funeral services were conducted conduct-ed at Grass Valley, Calif., Sunday afternoon. Burial was in the Springville Evergreen cemetery. Mrs. Lewis was born in Lewis-ville, Lewis-ville, Ida., Feb. 4, 1917, a daughter daugh-ter of William A. and Esther Burton Bur-ton Selch. She attended grade and high scnoois in ispringvine, ana in March of 1934 was married to John Carnesecca. He died Nov. 15, 1939, and she later married Elmer Lewis of Grass Valley, Cal., where she had made her home since 1940. She is survived by her husband and four sons and daughters, Mar. vin, John Herbert and Loreen Carnesecca, Car-nesecca, and Zada Lewis; also her mother, Mrs. Esther B. Harmer of Springville; a brother, Walter Selch, stationed with the Navy in the Solomons; two half-brothers, and also a half sister, Burton A. Harmer who is with the armed forces in Texas; Lee and Nadine Harmer, Springville; five stepbrothers step-brothers and sisters, Reynolds, Wallace and Elizabeth Harmer, Springville; Clifford Harmer, Og-den; Og-den; Mrs. Ida H. Johnson, Spanish Fork. |
