Stewart (LaRae Thorpe) left Sunday for Lon Pok, Calif., where they plan to reside for the present. Mr. Stewart will be stationed at Camp Cooke. , Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Harmer (Lucille Jenkins) and two children of Torrance, Calif., spent a few days of the past week at the home of his mother, Mrs. Retta Harmer, and with other relatives and friends here. Mr. Harmer is going into the Navy soon. A number of Springville women were in Salt Lake City over the weekend to attend the state convention con-vention of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers.
