Show Plans Are Complete For Children's Big Christmas Party Santa Claus To Distribute Ba?s Of Candv To Boys And Girls Up To Junior High School Age At Christmas Eve Program The civic organizations and the city of Springville Spring-ville are sponsoring a community Christmas enter-i enter-i tainment for the bovs and o-irls nf t.Vii day, December 24, at 5 p. m., in the high school gymnasium. The party is for every boy and girl from junior high school ag-e down and approximately 2000 are expected to be present. It is planned to have a number of fine entertainmont features including in-cluding a program in which the junior high school will participate. There will be a Christmas tree and other appropriate decorations to lend to the spirit of Christmas. At the close of the entertainment, Santa Claus will appear and distribute distri-bute a bag of candy and nuts to each boy and girl attending. The entertainment is under the direction of Frank Morgan of the Junior Chamber of Commerce, general chairman; Victor Frand-sen, Frand-sen, representing the city; Harrison Harri-son Conover, the Kiwanis club; G. Lowry Anderson, the Chamber of Commerce; Harlan Boyer, the American Legion; and Hastings Smith, the fire department. |
