OCR Text	Show WILD DUCKS LIKE CITY LIFE CHICAGO, ILL. About a thousand wild mallard ducks live the year 'round right in the shadow of a large rug factory at Crawford and Diversey near the heart of Chicago's loop. The flock started with only a dozen, but wild bird visitors dropped in on the Olson Game Refuge Park built by Walter E. Olson, rug manufacturer, in the grounds surrounding his factory. These ducks are volunteers. Their wings are not clipped. At this time of the year they wander along a nearby grassy railroad embankment and lay their eggs. City life seems to agree with them for this is their sixth season.
