Applicants writing direct to the commission at Salt Lake must supply the number of their buck licenses and the name of the agent from whom the license was purchased, along with his full name and address, choice of hunting district or unit. It shall be unlawful to submit more than one application for. districts on which permits are limited. Applications for permits on the Hobble Creek - Diamond Fork district dis-trict will be received from September Sep-tember 20 to 30, inclusive, or until un-til all permits are sold. In the event more applications are received receiv-ed than the number authorized for each district, applications will not be acceptable if postmarked after 5:00 p. m. September 30 and a public drawing will be held at 9:00 i. m. October 3, 1942, at the Fish 4 Game commission offices, to determine de-termine the applicants that will be. granted permits. Applicants who are unsuccessful in the drawing will have their money refunded, limpanogos District . . . In the Timpanogos district, 500 permits for buck deer and 250 permits per-mits for antlerless deer will be issued is-sued for the following described area, for a special season November Novem-ber 15-29, inclusive. All of the area in Utah county south of the Salt Lake county line to Provo canyon, the area in the vicinity of Alpine and the west slopes of Mt. Timpanogos, Tim-panogos, draining into Utah Valley Val-ley and the Provo river; all of the area draining from the mouth of the canyon east to and including the Snake Creek drainage near Midway in Wasatch county (He--ber Valley). Antlerless deer hunting permits will be issued only to hunters who iave obtained a regular Utah big fame hunting license. Fees shall ke 51.50 each for resident and $2.00 for non-resident hunters. Hobble Creek Area . . .
