I Mrs. Clara Bate who has spent the past several weeks with a daughter, Mrs. Cora Pyper in Salt Lake, has returned to Springville due to ill health and is at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Melba Pennington. Pen-nington. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Loveridge plan to leave the latter part of this week to visit their son, Ensign Richard L. Loveridge, at San Diego, Die-go, Calif., and also his wife, the former Eva Starr, who i3 convalescing conva-lescing from an operation which she underwent in San Francisco. They will also spend some time with their daughter, Mrs. Reed Francis and husband and baby. Mrs. Myrtle Harrison left Tuesday Tues-day for Stockton, Calif., to visit her son, Carrol Harrison and family. fam-ily. Mrs. W. E. Dunn and daughter, Mrs. Frank Larabee, left Tuesday for San Francisco, Calif., to visit their son and brother, Bill Dunn, who with the navy has just returned re-turned from a trip to the Pacific war zone. They plan to return home by way of Los Angeles, Cal. Mr. and Mrs. George Weight are spending a few days of this week with relatives in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Hazel Jacobs has just returned re-turned from an enjoyable two-weeks' two-weeks' trip to California. She visited a daughter, Mrs. Orval Lunceford and family at Lindwood, with a nephew, Ray Groesbeck and wife at Belle, Calif., with a niece, Mrs. Maude Swanson and family at Pasadena, Calif. She was accompanied ac-companied on the trip by a granddaughter, grand-daughter, Shirley Johnson of Provo, Pro-vo, and returning with her to spend a month was a little granddaughter, granddaugh-ter, Hazel Lunceford, from Lindwood.
