Show Clinic Scheduled For Polio Shots A Polio Clinic has been arranged ar-ranged for Springville on July 29 and for Mapleton on July 30, PTA officials announced today. Shots for Springville will be given from 8:30 until 9:30 a.m. at the new Grant School and for Mapleton at the same time, July 30, at the Mapleton Church. The clinic is for all pre-school children and young adults up to 40 years and the cost will be one dollar per shot. Statistics indicate that young married people are quite susceptible sus-ceptible to the disease, more so than other ages, PTA officers point out, and they especially urge this age group to take advantage ad-vantage of the service. The clinic is being sponsored by the Utah county Medical Association As-sociation and the City andCoun-ty andCoun-ty Health Department, assisted by the PTA and R.elief Socie-i ties. |
