Show jlnow Coverage, Water Content Nearly Normal . , Snow surveys completed Feb. 3, by the Soil Conservation e'rvice, in the Utah County atersheds show that the snow - jver and water content in our Vwntains are at or near nor-! nor-! . ial for this time of year. Hobble Creek Summit, No. .22, was found to have 43.6 iches of snow containing 14 Hches of water.
