Show Mapleton Hews By Mrs. Norris T. Binks riiono 0109-ru Neilson. Mr. Rich will teach at the BYU this winter. Mr. and Mrs. Adelbert Hopla and daughter Carol of Los Angeies, home in Provo. They have been house guests of Mr. and Mrs. L. A. California, are visiting relatives and friends in Mapleton. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Durrant ami Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Casper of Salt Lake City were guests of Mr. and Mrs. D. S. Hopla on the day of the Fourth. Mr. and Mrs. Willis Harmer left Saturday for Sewart A.F.B. zX. Tennessee where they will be joined by their son Kenneth who is stationed there. Together they will tour the East and return to the West Coast where they will visit a daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Reed Clegg of Seattle Washington. They expect to be gone three weeks. . Elair Einks of Salt Lake City and some friends Mrs. Kathlyn Parkinson and her daughters Connie Con-nie and Wendy were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Norris T. Binks. Mrs. Ferl Bowm of Milford is spending two or three weeks at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Nielson of Mapleton while her husband is attending school in the East. Mr. and Mrs. Gra,nt Hall left for a week's visit with relatives at Monte Vista, Colorado. Their two daughters Patricia and Susan who proceeded them to Colorado will accompany them home. Mr. and Mrs. Bei t Whiting have returned home after spending three weeks touring the Eastern part of the United States and Southern part of Canada. They purchased a now Oldsmobile at Lansing, Michigan, in which they made th3 trip. Mr. and Mrs. Owen S. Rich (Ora Neilson) have returned from Los Angeles . where Mr. Rich lias been attending the University of Los Angeles and are making their |
