Show s Red Devils Lose ToPI. Grove Springville's Red Devils tucked away their football togs for the season after dropping their quarter-final game to Pleasant Grove at Lehi last Friday afternoon 13-0. The championship Grover eleven had too much backfield speed and a good, hard-charging line that kept the Devils out of scoring territory ter-ritory throughout the contest. P. G. scored in the first and third quarter quar-ter with speedy Paul Allen hitting the Springville line for long gains behind a good blocking line. For the first time in many many years, the Pleasant Grove sports picture looks bright as a result of the regional championship and a new spirit apparently has been reborn. re-born.
