Jessee, son of Mr. and Mrs. Cornell Jessee, has accepted ac-cepted a call to serve in the East Central States LDS mission, entering en-tering the mission home November Novem-ber 16. A farewell program in his honor hon-or is announced for Sunday evening, even-ing, November 13, at 5:45 p.m., in the Second-Eighth ward chapel, to which his friends and members of his ward are invited. He will represent the Eighth ward in the mission field. The program arranged in his honor will be given as follows: organ prelude, Alzada Wilmott; opening song, "Count Your Blessings," Bles-sings," congregation; invocation, Dean Jessee; Sacrament song, "God Our Father, Hear Us Pray," (Continued on page two) Donald B. The departing missionary has completed two years at the Brig-ham Brig-ham Young University and has also received his graduation certificate cer-tificate in radio and TV service. He has been majoring in radio and TV at BYU where he was a member also of the symphony orchestra or-chestra and a member of the Val Hyrics social unit. He has also been - active in church work serving as a counselor coun-selor in the ward YMMIA and as secretary of the Elder's Quorum. |
