Show Don R. Ollerton Claims Bride from So. Carolina; Living in California Nuptials solomnized on Wednesday evening, October Octo-ber 26, in Springville united in marriage Miss Iva Mae j McXally and Don R. Ollerton. The double ring cere-; Grant S. Thorn of the Fifth LDS ward, in the presence of immediate immed-iate family members and close friends of the couple, at the home of the groom's mother. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Evans of North Charleston, S. C, and the groom's parents are Mrs. Estella Ollerton and the late S. H. Ollerton of Springville. The bride choose for her wedding a gown of light blue silk with corsage cor-sage of talisman roses. Her attendant at-tendant was her sister, Mrs. Betty Roylance of Provo and Carlyle Ollerton Ol-lerton was best man for his brother. broth-er. After the wedding ceremony, the young couple was honored with an informal reception at the Ollerton home with members of the wedding wed-ding party attending. On Friday evening, the newly-weds newly-weds were honored with a party at the home of Mrs. W. E. Chaplin, Jr., in Provo, to which friends of both were bidden. They left the following day to make their home in Redondo Beach, Calif., where Mr. Ollerton will be employed with an aircraft company. |
