Show Daughters of Pioneers Sponsor Program For Springville' s Birthday i The Daughters of Pioneers, camps Springville, Aaron Johnson John-son and Kolob, are sponsoring a program in observance of the Springville's eighty-eighth birthday birth-day on Sunday, September IS, beginning be-ginning at 3 p. m.. at the Reiic hall, to which the public is fn-vited. fn-vited. It was hoped the dedication of the pioneer log cabin being moved mov-ed fi-om its former location to the city park as a means of preserving pres-erving it as a pioneer relic might be held on this day. However, the building will not be completely moved and placed in readiness for the dedication, committee mem-bei-s reported. The program will feature talks by D. U. P. officials and local Daughters of Pioneers in addition addi-tion to musical numbers and reminescences of the first pioneer pio-neer families who settled in tha community. |
