Show L'ARTISTE IS DISTRIBUTED AT HIGH SCHOOL The high school year books L' Artiste, were distributed to nearly 400 students Wednesday, announced Grant Clyde, editor and Joe Salisbury, business manager. With an attractive cover of bronze with green comb, the book this year is one of the most attractive at-tractive and well made up, ever produced at the school. It leatures a theme of student life and is profusely illustrated with photographs photo-graphs and snap shots. Features of the book are two full page colored pictures one of the 1939 prize painting, "Playing "Play-ing the Game" and the other, "1 if fany Pool" a favorite in the permanent collection. Green colored penants form the division pages and dark green ink with Dorder design in copper makes an effective combination throughout the book. Miss Ferl Nielson was faculty advisor for the edition, which, was1 printed at the Harrison Con-over Con-over printing concern. To Ralph Snelson local photographer goes credit for the fine portraits and to Alfred Ridge of Provo also for the excellent cut work. |
