( ) All delinquent customers and users of electrical energy who have been disconnected from the service for such delinquency, shall be required to pay to the Spring-ville Spring-ville Electric Liffht System, the sum of One Dollar, prior to reinstallation re-installation of their service. This schedule is for alternating current, controlled service supplied at 230 volts for storage water heating purposes only, and measured meas-ured by a separate meter. 2-Gross Bill: The net bill as calculated under the above schedule, sched-ule, increased by 10., will constitute con-stitute the gross bill. 3Payment: The net bill applies ap-plies only when hill is paid within with-in the discount period. When not so paid the gross bill will apply. 4 Limitations of Controlled Storage Water Heating Service: This rate is limited to an insulated storage, two-unit type water heater of construction approved by the Springville Electric Lig'ht System, tile heating units of which shall be non-inductive and . controlled con-trolled by separate thermostats. The upper unit and thermostat are to be located so as to heat not more than the upper one-third one-third of the tank; the lower unit and thermostat to be located so as to heat the entire tank. Consumers Con-sumers will provide wiring in continuous approved metal conduit con-duit to connect the heating units with the fused entrance switch. 5 System's Installation: The system will furnish, install and maintain meter and suitable time switch or other device for controlling con-trolling the hours of service. 6 Hours of Use: Service shall be supplied for a period of not less than seventeen (17) hours per day, periods when service may not be supplied being subject to the control of the System and depending de-pending upon load conditions on the distribution system and on the generating and transmission system sys-tem of the Springville Electric Light System. 7 Capacities: The capacity per gallon of tank of the lower unit shall be approximately 25 watts and the upper unit approximately 50 watts. Service under this schedule sched-ule may be limited at the option of the System to 6 kilowatt of Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty-one days after its first publication.
