Thorn of this city has issued a proclamation proclama-tion designating' the week of March 21 to March 25. as cily cleanup week. It is his request that in as much as thousands of visitors will visit our city during the art exhibit ex-hibit in April, that citizens cooperate co-operate to make the town as attractive at-tractive as possible, before that time. On Friday, March 25, all business busi-ness houses of the city will be closed during the forenoon, and schools will close for the day so that all may assist in the city-wide city-wide cleanup campaign. Citizens arc asked not only to clean up their yards but to paint up and remove any unnecessary or unsightly buildings which might detract from the appearance of your properly.
