Show j March 15 Last Redemption Day March 15 will be the last day on which redemptions can be made on any property that is going to auditor's, tax deed, and after that date no interest or penalty can be deducted from them until the sale date in May, county commissioners commis-sioners ruled Monday. The action was taken on request re-quest of the county auditor and treasurer. Property on which taxes of 1933 are delinquent will go to deed thjs year, and also those on which taxes are in arrears ar-rears fpr previous years. Those who wish to retrieve their property after the March 15 date will have to pay full principal, princi-pal, interest, penalties, and a ?2.90 fee for deed, County Chairman Chair-man William J. Johnson of Spanish Span-ish Fork said. "Heretofore we have had so much rouble, being .'unable to close our books wl'th people coming com-ing in all the time to pay before the May sale, ! we have decided to use this deadline," state Chairman Johnson. : ; ' y , , |
