GEORGE, Utah, March 2 (U.i; Sheriff Antone Prince arrested ar-rested James Sammon, 22, CCC cniollee here today on charges of celling liquor to a minor, in connection con-nection with the death of Homer Fletcher, 17, whose body was found in an irrigation ditch near Leeds yesterdny afternoon. Sheriff Prince Sammony. after nil-night questioning admitted selling wine Monday night to Fletcher as the youth left for a dance. Both youths were enrolled at the CCC camp at Leeds. A passing pedestrian yesterday noticed Fletcher's half submerged body in the ditch, which bordered border-ed the highway. Sheriff Prince believed that the youth, under the influence of the wine, had fallen into the ditch and downed. i
