Show Mapleton P.-T.-A. Hold Interesting Session, Jan. 22 Probably one of the most successful suc-cessful P. T. A. meetings of the year was held at Mapleton Wednesday Wed-nesday evening with 102 patrons and teachers present and about 75 pupils. A splendid program was featured in which Professor T. L. Martin of the B. Y. U., Provo, was the principal speaker. Musical numbers num-bers were given under the direction direc-tion of Supervisor E. L. Faux and Miss Helen Palfreyman entertained with several vocal solos. A special feature of the program was the rhythm selections rendered by the Second grade class who were dressed dress-ed in uniforms made especially for the occasion; also the Japanese student who is attending the B. Y. U. this year gave an especially interesting in-teresting account of customs of his native land and entertained with musical numbers. |
