Show President G. R. Maycock has spent the past two weeks in Washington Wash-ington and Oregon. He went to Purl land to attend the bankers' convention and from there to visit some of the Springville people who are interested in the new chain food stores at Seattle. He has been the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Alton Packard. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Con-die Con-die and Mr. and Mis. Berry May-cock May-cock during his stay. j The meeting of the Ladies Literary Liter-ary club scheduled to meet at the home of Mrs. E. T. Crandall last Saturday is postponed one week nnd will be held Saturday, Mar. 22. All members are asked to be in attendance. at-tendance. Mrs. Mary B. Huish was hostess at a nicely aranged dinner compli-mentaiy compli-mentaiy to friends at the home of I her parents Wednesday evening.
