Show DINNER DANCE OF LEGION WAS HUGESUCCESS The dinner dance sponsored by the Spring vi lie American Legion Post No. 28 complimentary to all exservice men, members of the Legion, auxiliary and their partner.", part-ner.", was a decided success both financially and socially, according to report. The affair was held Monday Mon-day evening in the First ward amusement hall, with nearly 75 guests in attendance. Commander G. L. Barron was master of ceremonies ceremon-ies and Giant Crandall was toast-master. toast-master. Community singing was ! led by Frank Salisbury. Following an interesting talk by ! Judge George Eallif of Provo on J the work of Legion organization ; and a program of musical selec- j tiona and leadings. All enjoyed the remainder of the evening dancing. ! The dinner which suggested the idea of St. Patrick's day though-'. out was served by ladies of the First ward Relief Society. |
