The Cfevelander, who holds 20 per cent of the stock ot the Youngstown company, arrived yesterday yes-terday to direct the fight against the merger plans. "There will be no merger of Bethlehem and Sheet and Tube," he said. "Public sentiment is against the merger. The terms are such that stockholders after they analyze them will not be willing to accept them." The terms referred to are the offer of-fer of Bethlehem of one and one-third one-third shares of stock in that company com-pany for each share of Sheet and Tube. |
