Harry Richman, New York night club- proprietor, plans , to marry Clara Bow, the- "It" girl of the movies, some-time in August, and Maxie Roscnbloom, the puglilist, will be his best man, Richman announced an-nounced today. . "We will be married in August and Maxie will do the best man . honors." Richman said. "She's a great little girl so real. She wanted want-ed to come with me but couldn't I get away."
