Officers and ' leathers of the Primary were in1 charge of entertainment for the children in the afternoon. Adults ! enjoyed a program followed by a ! dance and refreshments during the evening. The Mi Kan Wee books were checked over and tepee merit marks awarded to Fawn Phillips, Louise Miller, Fern Blackett, Black-ett, Tess Taylor, Louise Evans. The girls practiced their dances and songs. Mrs. Eugene Bird, stake advisor, and Mrs. Vilate Sum-sion, Sum-sion, Mrs. Afton Palfreyman and Mrs. Helen Whiting, Fourth ward Primary officers were present. Refreshments Re-freshments were served by class leaders Mrs. Velma Roylance and Mrs. Johnson. Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Riding entertained enter-tained at dinner- Sunday for Mrs. Sam E. Miss Louise Crandall spent one day of this week with friends in Salt Lake. Mi Kan Wee girls of the Third ward Primary held a ceremonial at the home of President Mary Smart Monday evening. The regular week's lesson was given followed by a ceremonial consisting of Mi Kan Wee songs, prayer, dances and a discussion of the benefit of the work. Mrs. Eugene Bird, stake advisor, reviewed the,' work of October and November. Mrs. Vera Zabriskie, class leader with Bell Clark, Helen Buster, Lusille Sum-sion, Sum-sion, Beth Evans, Tranquilla Brown and' Lucille Wilson, members mem-bers attended. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Rowland entertained en-tertained at a party for a number of friends at their home Saturday evening. Progressive 500 was played and Mrs. Ella Crandall and Lee Sumsion won prizes for high "score. The Daughters of Pioneers camp No. 1 will hold their regular monthly month-ly meeting Thursday, February 18, at the home of Mrs. Milenda Sumsion. Sum-sion. A Washington birthday program pro-gram will be featured. The meeting meet-ing is postponed one week, being regularly held on the second Thursday of each month. A pretty cake holding eleven candles centered a long table from which lunch was served. Kensington club members will meet Tuesday at 2:30 o'clock at the home of Mrs. Fred Hoffman. All are invited to attend. Mrs. Spencer Sumsion entertained entertain-ed at a nicely arranged party at their home Thursday evening complimentary com-plimentary to her husband.
