Show MRS. J. WHITTLE DIES IN PROVO Employee of Knight Woolen Mills Passes Away at Family Home After an illnes extending over two years, Mrs. Mary Ann Whittle, wife of John Whittle, died at the family homo 354 West Second North street, Thursday. Although she had been ailing for some time she had not been bedfast more than three, days. Mrs. Whittle was born in England, August 17, 1874. She came with her family to Utah 21 years ago since which time she had lived in Provo continuously. She had been an employee em-ployee of the Knight Woolen mills during the past 20 years. Surviving are her husband, John Whittle, one daughter, Mrs. Annie Hurst; one son, William Whittle, and her aged mother, Mrs. Ann Affleck, Aff-leck, all of Provo. She is also survived sur-vived by two grand children. A brother, Ben Affleck, lives in Seattle Wash. Funeral services will be held in the Provo Third ward chapel Sunday Sun-day at 3 p. m. Interment will be in the Provo city cemetery. |
