Show GIVE IDEALS OF KIWANIANS Kiwanis Ideals and "What Kiwanis Means to Me," were the subjects assigned to and discussed by members of the Springville Kiwanis club at. the weekly luncheon held at the Third ward amusement hall hursday evening, January 23. John F. Mendeuhall was master of ceremonies nnd ' introduced Ernest Lee as toastmaster of the evening. Wm. Wainwright gave a twenty minute talk on Kiwanis ideals and was followed by A. J. Johnson, Harold Har-old Christensein, Grant Crandall Ralph Snelson and Wilford Clyde on the topic, "What Kiwanis Means to Me." . A cornet solo was given by Ralph Weight. A committee was appointed to purchase a token to be given to Dr. George Smart of Salt Lake City for his recent gift to the Springville Spring-ville high school art gallery. It was decided that each member j of the club would contribute fifty cents toward, the Harding memorial fund. |
