Show UTAH COUNTY 60 DELEGATES AT DEMOS MEET SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 2. A rail for the Democratic state conventions con-ventions and the two congressional conventions was issued yesterday, llgned by D. ' The two congressional - convert lions, one to nominate a congress-lifin congress-lifin for the First district and the other to make a selection for the Second district, will be held in the N'ewhouae hotel at 8 o'clock on the ivening of Thursday, September 16. The state convention will open St 11 o'clock on the morning of Friday, September 17. ''Said state convention," says the tall, "shall consist of 50 delegates, based upon an apportionment of one delegate for each 125 votes or major fraction thereof cast for the Honorable Honor-able George H. Dern for governor In 1924.
