Show UTAH COUNTY ; HEALTH BOARD IS CREATED ! r County Commission Passes Ordinance Providing Formation Forma-tion of, Health Board. A county board of health has been created by an ordinance passed by the board of county commissioners commission-ers which will go into effect immediately. imme-diately. The board of health will consist of the county commissioners, the county physician and two assistants assis-tants and nurses as may be appointed appoint-ed from time to time by the commission. com-mission. The county medical staff will hold office from the passage of the ordinance ordin-ance until the first Monday of January Jan-uary 1925 after which the staff will be appointed for a period of two years. The ordinance provides for ; the creation of three sanitary dis- L tricts over each one of which one of , the members of the county medical staff will have charge. The tcrri- tory lying north of the south boundary boun-dary of Pleasant Grove will be known as sanitary district number one. District number two will be the section from the south boundary of Pleasant Grove to the south ' boundary of Springville but will ' also take in Maplcton precinct and the Spanish Fork canyon. All of the territory in the county south of the south bondary of Springville will be nown as sanitary district number throe. . The ordinance provides that the county physician shall always re- I ! side in the county scat and shall : have charge of the work in sanitary district number two.
