Show I Tale of Jungle Feature Begins at Rivoli Saturday The mont thrilling and adventur-j ous novel written has been brought to the screen by Universal and the : Rivoli theater is proud to an-' n ounce that it has scheduled the film version for showing here. The story, which Universal has made into ehapterplay, is from Edgar Rice Rurrough's epochal book, "TJae Jungle Tales of Tarzan.". The, screen name is "Tarzan the Mighty." ' ! Pleaders who have thrilled at the mere mention of the name Tarzan, will welcome this announcement. Tarzan the ape man raised from childhood by a jungle ape falling in love with the only white woman he had ever seen protecting her from the terrors of the jungle fighting the animals whose ruler he had once been , these and a thousand other attributes that spell romance, courage, strength and adventure ad-venture have been brought into tho chapterplay to hold and delight audiences. 1 "Tarzan the Mighty" will be here every week. Starting August 25th with the first episode, "The Terror of Tarzan," a new one will appear every Saturday for fifteen fif-teen weeks. . Thrills, romance and laughter and tears, are promised picture fans in "The Primrose Path," the Arrow picture which opens Wednesday and Thursday at the Rivoli for a two days' engagement. It is said to be a picture "whose appeal will reach the heart of any and every audience. The setting of the stage range from the glamorous glitter of a fashionable cafe to a tramp steamer steam-er at sea. No exnense was spared which would add to the realism of the picture. Immense sets were erected, it is said, for the cafe sequences, se-quences, while me entire company journeyed to a Pacific seaport towo for the ocean steamer shots. Absolute Ab-solute faithfulness of detail is said to mark the courtroom scenes of the story, another gripping sequence. se-quence. Burr Mclntosn and Emily Fitz-ray Fitz-ray who play the two leading roles in the Tiffany production "Once and Forever" which will be the feature attraction at the Rivoli theater Tuesday were again reunited after many years to play in the same picture, pic-ture, their last appearance together being in the Griffith production of "Way Down East." Mr. Mcintosh plays the role of a stern and unbending un-bending French Governor while Miss Fitzroy is seen as a spiteful and jealous gossip. Other members mem-bers of the cast include Patsy Ruth Miller, John Harron, Adele Watson Wat-son and Vadim Uraneff. Dolores Del Rio. whose unforgettable unforget-table role of Charmaine in "What Price Glory." made her famous over night, scores again in the stellar stel-lar role of Carmelita in Fox Films colorful drama "No OtherJW'oman" which had its first screening at the Rivoli Sunday and Monday. In this production directed by Lou Tellgen, the beautiful Dolores has a strikingly different characterization charac-terization to perform than she had in the great war epic. Instead of the wild French peasant girl whom ' she interpreted with such daring, she essays to portray the part of a sophisticated woman of the world, and with splendid success. suc-cess.
