Show CHANGES MADE I PALMYRA SCOOT WORK SPANISH FORK, Sept., 20. A meeting of the scout officials of the Spanish Fork district was held Thursday night at the seminary, with an attendance of sixty. E. K. Ferguson was granted a release as chairman of civil service, because of being made scoutmaster of the Third ward, and Hubbard Tuttle was elected to fill the vacancy. Five new members of the court of honor were elected, as follows: li, O. Daniels, stake supcrinten-j supcrinten-j dent of the M. I. A. ; Ed M. Itowc of the stake presidency, C. W. Booth of the high council, William II. Tol-hurst Tol-hurst and J. H. Snell. The bishops of Spanish Fork will be retained as members of the court of honor. J. W. Christensen was chosen assistant as-sistant chairman of publicity. The following were named as new scoutmasters: scout-masters: Dr. F. R. Frampton, Second Sec-ond ward; Rets W. James, Fourth ward; Wendell Thomas, Lake Shore ward ; and Golden Jackson of Salem. Scout Eecutive A. A. Anderson gave an address explaining the functions of the various officials and organizations of scouting. |
