Beverly Metcalf was a guest of honor and received the sponsor's spon-sor's trophy. Berg's won first aand second half play in the Springville Ladies bowling league. Trophies were also awarded to Marie Barrett for high series ser-ies of 595. High game trophy was won by Ethel Wheeler with a 255. Springville Bank team won high series with 2388 and Le-Mar's Le-Mar's Cafe team won the high game with 858. New officers New officers were elected for the ensuing year with Lois Bills named as president. Jane Averett is the new vice-president. Tressia Whitehead, who has been an outstanding secretary sec-retary for the bowling associations associ-ations over the past eight years, was retained in that position. po-sition.
