Show " """"" 1 ' ' ' 1 l ) Vy Neil Johnson called to Danish Mission Neil K. Johnson, son of Mr. and Mrs W. Eugene Johnson, has accepted a call to serve in the Swedish LDS Mission and his farewell is Sunday evening, beginning at 5 p.m., in the Twelfth Ward. He enters the mission home October 14. Speakers at the farewell will be Bishop Ross P. Findley and Hal L. Taylor of Kolob Stake Presidency. Bishop DelMoine Christensen will give remarks as will the . parents and the missionary will respond. There will be an accordian solo by Larry Ence and an organ or-gan solo by Jay S Christensen; Christen-sen; also a violin duet by Ann J. Lambert and Merrill Johnson. John-son. Donald Watts will give prelude and postlude music. The invocation will be by Neal Lambert and the benediction bene-diction by Merrill Johnson. Serving missions from the Twelfth Ward, are: Rodney Miner, New Zealand; Lorraine Taylor, South African; Le-land Le-land M. Bird, Central German; Robert J. Watts, Western Canadian; J. R. Peay, West Spanish-American; Arvid Oakley, Oak-ley, Uruguay; Mr. and Mrs. Gene Wilson, Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Wilson, Hawaiian work mission. Neil K. Johnson will be given giv-en farewell Sunday night in Twelfth Ward before leaving for Danish Mission. |
