The People's Party held a meeting last evening (Wednesday) (Wed-nesday) at the home of Councilman Coun-cilman Frank Memory to organize or-ganize and select the various chairmen and to formulate plans for the Primary which is to be held Wednesday, Oct. 9, at 7:30 p.m., at Memorial Hall, directed by Chairman Bud Shardine. The Citizen's Party of which Blaine Clyde has been appointed ap-pointed temporary .chairman, will hold an organizational meeting and Primary next Wednesday at 7:30 p.m., in the high school auditorium, where nominations may be made for three city council-men. council-men. The public is invited. The 4-year terms of three councilmen, Frank Memory, Murray Peay and Calvin Packard, Pack-ard, expire this year. |
